Can at 100 piv. Moderate caramelly maltiness on par with the hops - which means uncomfortable strong here, obstructive. The hops could use more crispiness, juiciness. Also not tyical Amarillo, rather vaguely citrusy fruity. Only lightly zesty. Good but not great.

On tap at Alus Cele. Hazy deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, light Bretty, floral, a bit dank. Flavour is orange, light pine, citrus, lemon, light cheesy, bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice, but don’t think this was very fresh.

Bottle from 100 piv. Dark orange golden color with thick white head. Strong citrus hoppy aroma with oranges, tangerines, zest, pines. Taste, starts malty, followed by nice citrus hoppy bitterness with oranges, grapefruits, zest, pines, honey. Long, fruity, hoppy bitter finish. Nice.

Can. Thanks! Poured a murky dark amber body with a white head. Light tangerine in the aroma. Taste... the aromatics are gone and it’s relatively fresh. Only good herbal bitterness left. Oof, at this point, not the greatest IPA... and I love those hops in general.

Pours darker orange/amber, decent foamy beige head. Comes down, leaving some lacings. OK, going to attempt to get a feel of amarillo now. Metallic and watery aroma for some reason, also bitterly raw. Some fruits underneath, maybe even some melons - bit not really what I was expecting from the hop variety. Can it be that the can has been suffering in quality while sitting on the shelf? Tastes bitter, metallic again, some quite decent bitter vibes but fruitiness is somewhat subdued again and bitterness is very rough. Long and very bitter dry finish. Was expecting something different from this one, more sweetish fruits, more floral stuff going on.

Baghaven, Copenhgen tap: pours amber with white head. Aroma is hefty pine, earthy malt. Taste is bitter and quite earthy. Reminds me back in the day when this series was a thing. Lingering bitter aftertaste. I used to think this was a lot better.
