When making our next IPA we decided to manically hop it with our favourite kinds of hops: we threw in the classic American Citra and Mosaic, Australian Galaxy, controversial New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and the raising star of American hop farms, Sabro. Add an experimental yeast mix and you get Amok, a beer definitely different to all our brews.
On the nose, tropical and citrusy aromas, followed by white grapes and strong coconut and fruit flavours.

High and steady head. Straw colored, hazy.
Tropical fruits very apparent in the aroma. Flowery hints.
High bitterness, that's what I like.
Quite high carbonation.

Bottle fom drinkshop.sk Pours hazy gold with white head. Nothing dramatic happens on nose, it's just okay. Not that juicy too. Bit earthy, bit of a citruses. Good though

Murky pale golden color with low white head. Aroma: mango, white fruits, pine and a bit of oxid. Taste: mango, resin, cantaloupe. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. OK but not my favorite from brewery.

330ml bottle, via Beer52; BB 4th Jul 2021. Poured into an old Hoegaarden 'Grand Cru' tulip glass at home on 15th Jan 2021. Hazy golden body, foaming white head, a lot of sediment stuck to the base of the bottle, so could have been even hazier. Stone fruits in both the aroma and taste, hop centric and 'juicy' in nature. Nice!

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A hazy pale amber pour with no head; malty aroma with some hedgerow hops; dry in the mouth with a yeasty taste; and a dry finish with juicy hops and some biscuity malts. Disappointing.

Bdb mix chmieli. Wszystkiego po trochu, idealnie zbalansowane - lekka nafta, zywicznosc, trochę białego wina, białych owoców. Jest gładkie, pełne i bardzo pijalne. Goryczka zaznaczona, dość wysoka I długa. Lekko zmętnione, piana nisko-srednio trwała. Świetne.

Bottled, from Piwoteka sklep, Łódź. Cloudy orange colour, rich head. Aroma of canned peach and mango. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with syrup, peach and butter. Low to medium bitterness. Heavy handed.
