On tap at Avenue Pub. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head. The aroma is lemon zest, oak, funk, stone fruit. Slick body, lemon, apricot, light funk, acidic, dry finish, good.

Copper-gold, clear beer with a small off-white head, not very carbonated. Rainwater, apricot syrup, caramel, fruitgums. Smells quite syrupy, in fact. Quite sour in taste indeed, fruity acidity, unripe blackberries, unripe yellow plums. Finish has a bit earthy vector, undergrowth. Serious acidthinning, lipsmacking acidity; but in the very finish, there's also something sticky, syrupy, caramel, referring again to the nose. In the end, not at all bad, but seen what is made worldwide in matter of sour beers, this is not quite what might have been expected. Thanks to Stef!

18/IV/21 - 33cl bottle @ home, BB: III/2021, 2019 vintage (2021-303) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!
Clear orange amber beer, small creamy yellowish irregular head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma, woody, lemon notes, some oak, metallic impression, apricots, tannins, some fruit skins. MF: nice carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic start, lemon juice, metallic touch, fruity notes, bitter touch, apricots. Aftertaste: more fruitiness, lemon juice, metallic touch, more fruity, bitter touch, well done, really like this sour!

Pours unclear, yeasty amberblonde. Small white head. Smell is funky, sweaty, tart. Taste is thin, tart, lactic acid, acetic acid, bit too much pulling it out of balance, not much body to back it up. Apricots aren't very fresh and fruity.

Bottle. Color: Clear orange amber, thin white head. Aroma: Lactic sour, fruity. Taste: Above moderate lactic sour. Moderate sweet and light bitterness. Notes of peaches, stone-fruit. Hints of wood, dry-ish mouthfeel. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Nice one.
