Tap at Strasbourg craft beer festival. Hazy deep pink with dull light pink head. Soft sour grains and cherries, plums, a hint of earthy coffee but that might be suggestion, marzipan, dry berry skins, light yeasty. Almost medium sweet, medium bitter and light sour. Solid medium bodied. Interesting.
