Nice sourness, little bit of thickness. There's something sharp bitter in the background, almost roasty. Jop considers it coffee, I can see his point. Lots of blackcurrants, working well with the sourness. Very nice!

Tap at Strasbourg craft beer festival. Murky dark brown with purple hue and beige/pink head. Light black currants, sour grains, light roast, red wine, earthy, deep funk, dry berry skins. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Well balanced, very tasty.
