Une IPA? Oui mais pas n'importe laquelle. Hautement houblonnée et brassé avec des levures kveik et des flocons d'avoine elle déploie une palette aromatique riche et complexe.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Hazy pale golden colour, good frothy off-white head, slowly dissipating, good adhesive lacing. Aroma pale malts, yeast, grapefruit, pineapple, grassy hops. light herbal notes. Below medium sweet and bitter, maly, yeasty, grapefruit, pineapple, light herbal notes. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, fruity sweetbitter aftertaste, on the short side, very nice.

Tap at Strasbourg craft beer festival. Hazy golden with white head. Some pineapple, spicy yeast, cloves, grassy hops, wheat, light dry herbs. Under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.
