FD-7: The Evil Dead. This beer was part of the last Tavour package I ordered, about a year ago, as the bottle is dated 10/7/2019. Hazelnut, very nutty, coffee, rich and roasty! Excellent!

Bottle pour as part of Pints for Prostates, from The Beer Store, Nashua. Appearance is opaque, inky black with no sparkle, nice viscosity, thin ring of light brown head and no lacing. Aroma is strong hazelnut, roasted malt and coffee, and chocolate, mild cinnamon all in perfect balance. Taste follows aroma with strong, rich hazelnut, cinnamon, chocolate, but not sure I get coffee though. Mouthfeel is medium side of medium-to-full bodied with thick, smooth texture, very mild alcohol, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a little disappointing that the coffee isn't stronger but a lot of other flavors.

11.2 oz bottle, Shared by tfontana, thanks man! Aroma shows huge hazelnut and rich chocolate. I could smell this all day. The flavor is almost exclusively hazelnut with some rich decadent chocolate. I am left searching for coffee. Still good just expecting the coffee which I cannot find.

Bottle. A minimal sized dark beige head forms over a black body. Roasted malts, coffee, nuts, maple syrup and some molasses and alcohol in the aroma. It's full-bodied, warming and smooth on the palate, sweet, with a shitload of nuts in the flavor. Caramel, roasted malts and coffee. Lasting finish with lots of dark flavors. Delicious, but a bit too nutty. 200912
