Oppigårds Easter Ale is a seasonal beer to suit easter and spring. The color is dark copper tones. In this ber we have focused a little less on bitterness and increassed the element of floral and citrus coming from the American hop Cascade and Centennial.

On tap at Ardbeg Embassy. Pours clear deep gold with an off-white head. Nice bready malt profile on the nose. Flavour has bready malts, lots of bread crusts, a bitter finish. Very nicely done.

On tap at Ardbeg Embassy, pours a clear copper with a medium beige head. Aroma has soft English bready malt and a touch of butterscotch. Flavour is legitimately ESB-like, with flavourful English malts, bready notes, and butterscotch. Dry enough and very English malty finish. Good stuff.

Flaska från SB. Backlog. Rostfärgad med smutsvit/ljusbeige krona. Maltigt, bra beska, gott.

Bottle from systembolaget. Pretty average ale to be honest, comforting but nothing to rave about. (8/4/18) Same conditions. Same score. Nice colour. On the sweeter side of things. (2020)

0,5 flaske fra Systembolaget Hansa (Malmø), i lejligheden mars-18: klar rødlig kobber/rav med ok skum. Gir et behagelig inntrykk med karamellkjeks, engelsk appelsinmarmelade, litt urter og noen jordaktige toner. Fin munnfølelse og deilig, marmeladeliknende bitterhet i avslutningen. Frisk og svært lettdrikkelig, kan gjerne kjøpes igjen.

Aroma røste malt, brød, karamell, frukt. Utseende Tåkete lys rødbrun med offwhite skum. Smak røste malt, karamell, tørket frukt. Lett til medium fyldig, maltpreg, noe tørr avslutning. Flaske fra Systembolaget delt med DjOeye, 50cl 5,3% Smakt Sept-15
