Bottle from a trade poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy dark orange with a half finger of white head. Aroma of loads of citrus and some slight pine. Taste is light bitter. Pine and citrus. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively, almost fizzy carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad. I would love to try it out of the bottle, on a hot summer day.

The Canadian Dream 5.5% (bottle) - clear beautiful honey amber colour with a tall white head; aroma of honey, exotic fruit; balanced but predominantly hoppy flavour - almost like a mini-IPA with a clean finish - very nice

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Tom L. Clear amber. Aroma of floral and citric hops and some lagery graininess. Flavor has a bit of dry maltiness and a nice citric bitterness. Light to medium-bodied. Nice.

Single bottle from the LCBO (under the name "The Canadian Dream" with 5.5% ABV.). Best before date written on crown, 09/01/15. Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a big frothy white head, great retention and dirty foamy lace. Wow... aromas of fresh hops with the grapefruit, pine needles and sweet caramel and bread malts. Medium-bodied, going on the light side, so goes down nicely with a little dryness from the hop. The taste is similar to the nose, with the mild bitter grapefruit hops well-blended with the fruity malts. Seems more like a Pale Ale than a lager for sure.

Kjempe godt.

Easily the best lager I’ve had. I didn’t know a lager could be so decent. It’s incredible how many are bad, considering. Pours cloudy amber with great head and lacing. Average carbonation - not too fizzy or belchy. I can’t taste any trace of paint chips or iodine. Brilliant. Who’da thought. Almost like a pale ale, but a lager. With flavour even, and hops. Bottled as the Canadian Dream.

Draught at Q-Brick. Pretty orange -amber color. Great hop nose, clean malts, citrus and grass. Light malt flavor, very hoppy, not all that well balanced, very bitter. Good lager that tastes more like a low-abv IPA. Enjoyable.
