330ml bottle (drank Apr ’12) Poured into a tulip glass to a golden/orange colour with a medium sized white head. Malty aroma allied to fruity hops and a little floral nose also. Malts and cereal also prominent in the taste with a floral/grassy hop backbone and a bitter dry finish. Body is medium with a fairly light carbonation. I won’t be returning to this ... drinkable - but the 2nd most disappointing Mikkeller beer after the wet hop keller bier for me.

Draft at the Beer Temple Amsterdam. Slightly cloudy pour, frothy head with heavy lacing. A really good session beer for sure. Slightly hoppy with a little sourness that makes it so refreshing. Another Danish winner! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Beers of Europe 250712
Orange, bit murkt, big frothy white head, some lacing
Aroma - Pale malts, soft citrus hops, light grassy, touch of spicy hop, light cereal. soft aroma
Taste - Pale lager malts, some spicy bitter hops, citrus, some bitter zest, grassy hops, sweet cereal malts, good pale malt backbone, lots of flavour for a lager, refreshing. Well blended and nothing over done - bit simple for Mikkeller but it is a lager
Palate - medium carb. medium body, bit oily and creamy. bitter zest comes out in the middle. Finish - lingering fairly bitter spicy zest hop....bit mouth puckering...very refreshing
Overall - I’m not a big fan of lager, but this is very good - one of the best tasting ones I’ve had. Mikkeller do normal beers too!

Tap @ Beer Temple. Hazy, orange/amber color. Off white head with good retention and leaving a lacering with every sip. Aroma’s: tropical fruit, lychee (Nelson Sauvin?), piney, resinous, citrus. Flavor: lightly sweet & sour fruit, somewhat bitter. Light bodied, soft carbonation. Finishes with a nice firm bitterness. Nice on this hot summer day.

On tap @ Patricks. Almost clear golden with a fine white head. Strong hoppy aroma with citric fruit, pine and some grass, hint of caramel. Flavor is mild malty with lots of fruit, some caramel and a fair dose of bitterness. Medium body and bitter aftertaste. Nothing complex and strange going on here, just a pure refreshing nice thirst quencher. Had another sample from bottle the next day, this was a lot lesser hoppier, could have been an older bottle but the fresh version from tap where delicious.

33 cl. bottle. Pours a lovely dark orange with golden hues. Bubbly white head. Fruity aroma with caramel malts, floral hops, oranges and citrus. Medium bitterness. Medium body with a slick texture, lively carbonated. Long lasting, bitter finish with some malts, and loads of floral and fruity hops. Yummy... Excellent lager, if all lagers were as tasty as this one, I would be a lagerboy!

Bottle, Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Hazy bronze pour with a medium size, lingering off white head. Fruity hop laden nose. Further grassy hop present in the flavour leading to a lingering bitter finish. Decent stuff...Livin’ the dream ?!
