~ 12 oz tulip glass draft at Blind Tiger in New York City. Pour is cola brown with an off white head that falls quick. Aroma is acetic vinegar and some black cherry fruit. As it warms, the aromas come together quite nicely, very soft and delicate Taste is the nose, nice soft vinegar sour layered on top of just slightly tart black cherry. Palate is medium bodied, a touch slick in the mouth feel with a pleasant lingering sour aftertaste.

Tap @ the Ginger Man. Its like a small-Flanders red. Its much more watery and less malty than traditional styles but also not as lactic and acetic. Its still lactic and acetic but these qualities are more pronounced in the lighter body. Its like cherry-juice beer without any artificial qualities. I could drinking this for fun on hot summer days.
Overall: a watered down Flanders red, high on tart cherries, made for quenching your thirst.

At Borefts BF 2010. Hazy red wine colour, no head. VEry vinous. Like white burgundy wine. Some decent sourness. Very vinous. Quite enjoyable. Almost more a wine than a beer. Interesting though.

Hazy amber with a tiny white head. Odd malty aroma dominated by biscuit and popcorn. Dry and very tart unfinished flavour with popcorn and crackers.
