Packed with hop flavor and aroma, we double dry hop this beer with equal parts Mosaic, Citra, and Azacca hops, for an intensely tropical profile reminiscent of tangerine, nectar, papaya, peach, kiwi, and pineapple.

Beer Table To Go: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is sharp citrus with guava and pineapple with perhaps other fruits but I am not great at making identifications. Fairly bitter, but still very fruity. It almost has a sort of oily texture to it. Still it is very drinkable. Lingering aftertaste for a bit. Solid.

Delicious IPA out of Florida, big on juicy tropical hops but matching this fruit onslaught with healthy doses of toasted biscuit and caramel malts. Opens with malt sweetness providing a solid base, then accentuates the pastry-esque backbone with tangerine and orange and pineapple hoppiness. Finishes with a clingy bit of pine, not overwhelming but with enough IBUs to keep the fade both bitter and semisweet. Pretty bright gold pour with a modest head and decent lacing, and the nose is a burst of tropical citrus and a tiny helping of cat pee. Good boisterous feel, lively but creamy enough to put back a couple in no time flat. Really tasty beer here.

Can from a trade into a taster showing well filtered golden yellow with half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense ripe peaches, mango, and pineapple. The palate is light bodied and fully carbonated. Flavors of light peach with kiwi and pineapple here and there. Round, ripe, and moderately intense flavors throughout. Lightly sharp IPA bitterness on the finish. I can see why youβd call it Sunshine City! Love to be drinking this on the beach.
