Bottle. Foggy dark yellow color, good snow-white foam. Aroma: slightly spicy, higher alcohols, apples, coriander, flowers, even citrus. Taste: malt, citrus, a little pear, apple with seeds, fruity, very warming, light bitter finish, not bad.

Bottle. Hazy golden. Large white frothy head. Aroma: classical tripel profile. Medium to full body. Taste: malt, candy, apples & pears, fine spicy yeasr. Very solid.

Fles geprobeerd bij Inoven. Het is een oranjerood bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van citrusvruchten en bloemen. De smaak is fruitig en wat hoppig.

28 May 2021. At Maarten's birthday party - cheers to all! Rerate. Hazy golden-orange, stable,foamy white head. Aroma of pineapple, orange, plum, green banana, yeast, bread crust, pepper. Taste has sweet pineapple & orange, some banana, soft estery profile; bready malty base with yeasty & spicy accents, light bitter all in all, ending floral & peppery hoppy with ripe yellow fruit, yeasty & crisp, just a dash of warming gin-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Technically correct and decent, go-to Tripel. Original rating: 3/4/2018. 7/4/7/3/14=3.5.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy copper pour, one finger frothy off-white head. Long lasting, thick lacing on the glass. Lovely flowery notes on the nose, yeast and wheat, slight citrus. Medium body, soft carbonation. Thick and creamy texture, really smooth and pleasant mouthfeel. Mildly bittersweet taste with slight citric sour touch. Aroma of yeast and wheat, lime, bubblegum. Flowery. Mild herbal spiciness. Very subtle alcohol burn, nicely warming. Finishes slightly bitter and a bit dry. Overall, tasty tripel. Well balanced and easily drinkable. Nice one.

A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet honey malt with light soapy notes. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with loads of cereals, oxidized, honey, past its prime. Bottle Bb 27/02/16, so almost 2 years past Bb date.. Tripels don't age we'll.

Cette Vicaris ne fait pas spécialement honneur aux triples. Lourde en bouche, manquant d'élégance et de poésie, elle déçoit quelque peu. Robe dorée limpide (EBC aux environs de 25) avec une très faible effervescence (ce qui n'est pas le cas habituellement), mon exemplaire n'avait aucune mousse. Le nez est beurré avec également du miel, des épices et des céréales. Atypique mais pas forcément désagréable. L'attaque est sur la fraîcheur, citron et coriandre en avant avec du miel en arrière. L'ensemble s'alourdit largement en deuxième bouche avec un alcool qui prend ses aises avec des arômes d'agrumes et des épices bien présentes. L'arrière est de façon surprenant en 2 temps, un premier succinct sur une fraîcheur citronnée pour devenir rapidement très lourde sur un trio miel/alcool/épices. On retrouve le côté beurré en troisième bouche, avec une amertume croissante très légèrement (mais restant très limitée). Le final, moyennement long, continue à s'empâter entre le miel et les épices. Le sucre est quant à lui trop présent, pour un équilibre perfectible pour un plaisir pas totalement au rendez-vous.

Tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Cloudy and dark golden pour, irregular ivory foam. Nose: quite a sweet feel of marmalade, orange a bit. Mouth: pretty clean, soft canditi, orange zest.
