Corsendonk Rousse is amberkleurig, helder en levendig bier. Typisch, rijk met een lichte toets van hop, harmonieus en evenwichtig. Zacht in de mond met accenten van karamel en een licht bittere afdronk.

Bottle 33 cl. Pous a clear amber with a creamy, off-white head. Malty nose with a hint of licorice - distinctly Belgian. Medium body, some dark, dried fruit - again distinctly Belgia - but with a cloyingly brown sugar sweetness. No bitterness whatsoever. The sticky sweetness makes it very hard to drink. 130324

Hot.. this is cold Smell-weak Belgian tones, caramel, Foam- thin, hops, weak acidic tones, bitter-sweet. Head is medium-sized, white in color. Appearance - generic red bottle cap, simple label. Clear dark orange color, some active carbonation From - snifter Price - 2.49 for 0.33l Taste-malt, caramel, Belgian tones, sweetness, bitter-sweet. Bit odd, but overall pleasant.

Bottle from Dranken Vandewoude and drunk at home Clear deep red colour lasting pink head. Its a Belgian ale with some fruit character some sweetness. not sure what it is . not a pure ale not a fruit beer something inbetween but with a lot of fruit on the finish cherries and other red fruits ok

Cette Corsendonk rousse est à éviter si vous le pouvez. Avec un sucre bien trop poussé, étouffant l'alcool à 8 % quasi inexistant et sur des arômes intéressants, on a hâte de passer à autre chose.... En verre, nous sommes toutefois sur un bel ambré clair, avec une très fine et soutenue effervescence et une mousse blanc cassé de5 mm. Au nez est découvert une alliance peu emballante de caramel, de légères herbes avec une touche de cerise et de tomate. La dégustation n'est pas plus passionnante. Attaque sucrée sur du caramel...Sucre qui prend un peu plus l'ascendant en seconde bouche sur des arômes proches du nez. L'alcool est alors à la dérive, mais réussit à avoir un soubresaut en arrière bouche. Si la corpulence est honnête la longueur est inexistante. Cela est peut-être mieux ainsi...
