On tap at Blind Tiger. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has light fruits and flora with a bit of lemon, straw and light grains supporting. Flavor has light, slightly sweet lemon and light fruits throughout with a bit of straw and grains underlying.

Light citrus rind. Clear gold with a nice white head. Light and simple, touch of citrus and esters.

On tap at Threes Governor's Island pop up. Pours slightly hazy yellow. Pepper, lemon, banana, spice, cereal. Medium body. Decent.

On tap at Top Hops Beer Shop, NYC. Clear yellow, white head. Mildly fruity, yeast, pear, white pepper, mild funk. Refreshing.

Keg at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a small, foamy white topping. Nicely rounded, simplistic but nice, some cracked wheat, biscuits, straw, lemon peel. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more wheat flakes, lemon rind, nipsnof straw and grass, soft yeast. Very drinkable.

Draught @ City Hops. Faintly cloudy pale yellow with large foamy white head, doughy aroma with a hint of citrus, adequate carbonation, mildly sour earthy taste, thin body. long dry finish. Nice and easy to drink.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Phenolic, fruity and light estery. Mild bretty and estery fruity. Dry and estery finish. Herbal and estery finish.

10oz draft at brewery. A light estry beer with bubblegum and fruit. Though there is a bit of lemon trying to balance the overly active Belgian yeast. Not table enough and needs some more work. But I like that they are trying to make a small saison.
