10oz draft at brewery. A light estry beer with bubblegum and fruit. Though there is a bit of lemon trying to balance the overly active Belgian yeast. Not table enough and needs some more work. But I like that they are trying to make a small saison.

Draft. Cloudy pale gold body with a frothy white head. Aroma of hay, spice, clove, toasted grain, light citrus. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Thin to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Dry finish. Taste of clove, grain, spice. Thin tasting. Little depth.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with thick frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is melon, yeast, wheat, funk. Medium mouth, lemon zest, funk, yeast, light finish, crushable, good.

Draft at the brewery. Very cloudy golden color with a white head and spotty/drippy lacing. A little funky on the nose, with some citrus, bready make, spice/pepper and a bit of yeast. The flavor is funk/spice, citrus zest as well. It drinks lightly, but not watery, the body doesn't indicate that out of 4.2%. Very tasty.

At Threes: Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is yeast, a bit of funk, and bread. Taste is much the same. It is bready and spicy. The finish is quite nice. Mouthfeel is really smooth. This has low abv but it is not at all watery.
