Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: golden yellow to semi-orange in color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet and sour tones of various cherries, good tart backing, lime and lemon tartness; subtle funk and earthy character down in there
Flavor: semi-sweet with a great sour and funky character rising while blending all the prior noted aromas; finishes sour to tart with the cherries and a light lemony note
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; some dryness with some tart to sour assertiveness
Overall: nicely done sour/wild ale with a ton going on with this one!

The Aromas are citrusy, tart, with hints of cherry and funk. Flavors are similar to nose with cherry coming out stronger but just in exactly the right amount. Dry hopped in bottled in May of 18 with no sign of hops unless that's the citrus. Great body very good drinking beer nice finish.

Dry hop notes mix beautifully with tart cherries, like some new ice cream flavor.

22oz bottle at B Side. Poured a hazy orange color with a small white head. Aroma was light sweet cherries. Light acidic notes, but not overly tart, which was really nice. Flavor was similar, light, delicate. Touch of cherries. Really nice.

Draught @ the tapoom. Hazy pinkish orange with very small frothy whitish head, citrus-cherry aroma, high carbonation, mildly tart taste with light sour cherry and bit of citrus peel, smooth body, long medium tart finish. Well balanced.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 5/2018. Pours moderately hazy golden orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, mango, melon, red/green apple, white wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with light notes of musty/lacto funk, white vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, cherries, citrus/tropical hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, mango, melon, red/green apple, white wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with light notes of musty/lacto funk, white vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness and fruit tang on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy/tart/tangy cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, mango, melon, red/green apple, white wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light funk/vinegar, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, cherries, citrus/tropical hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited sour/wild ale! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, cherries, citrus/tropical hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Very flavorful and never watery for the ABV. Awesome balance of jammy cherries, Brett/lacto complexity, citrus/tropical hops, and a solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected. Always consistently impressive sours.
