Bottle from Drinks Vanuxeem, Ploegsteert, Belgium. Pours a hazy golden/amber colour with a nice thick creamy white head. Aromas of pale fruits and spice. Taste has lots of full on peppery spice with more pale fruity notes and a dry finish. Alcohol well hidden. Medium body, average sparkly soft fizz on the palate and smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Not a bad beer but other than peppery spicy there is no real stand out flavours. Still it goes down nice enough and good mouthfeel.

10 April 2021. Cheers to Maarten, Eduard & Domien! Clear golden, stable, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of baker's yeast, grain, grass, hay, apple peel, pear, herbs, vague wood. Taste has a restrained sweetness of apple & pear, bready maltiness, dry yeast, a bit grainy, hay-like bitter. Grassy hoppy finish, dry & yeasty, lingering typical grainy maltiness, some warming jenever alcohol. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Nothing wrong with it but it's so generic and... 'beery'. If an alien were to ask what beer is, we would serve him this. But I don't really care for this type of ale anymore.

33cl bottle from Bierwinkel De Hopduvel in Gent. F: big, white, good retention. C: shiny gold, light hazy. A: malty, apricot, sweet fruity, honey, yeasty, floral, candy sugar. T: full malty base, peach, honey, bready, floral, candy sugar, decent harmonic bitterness inside, medium carbonation, simple yet nice balanced tripel for me, enjoyed.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light spice, almonds and apricots. Taste is more of the same. Very easy to knock back!

Bottle. Pale golden color, hazy. Grassy citric hops in the aroma, with a hint of nutmeg added. Malty flavor with vanilla, citrus and flowery hops. A firm bitterness with vanilla in the aftertaste. Hint of yoghurt. A slight touch of alcohol. Excellent and very well balanced.

Many thanks for this beer to Eric De Geyter. Wspanaly wyglad spora piana niebywale trwala powywijana jak domek slimaka. Wyglad to bursztynowo-morelowa barwa, metne dosc mocno, Aromat swierzej skorki chleba. W smaku tresciwe drozdzowy, skorka chleba, bardzo tresciwe, alkohol ukryty, do tego srednio slodyczy i spora dawka chmielowej swiezosci.
