Hazy gold pour from bottle smallish white head. Floral, some yeast and white wine notes.

12oz bottle pours with a clear gold body that supports a tall but fading white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up sweet sugar and then pear and apple fruity esters. The taste delivers sweet pear and apple fruitiness and little else. To sweet with little 'saison' like notes. Sad.

12 oz can. Aroma is doughy, grain, light banana, bready. Pours hazy golden with a thick white fluffy head with excellent retention and some patterns of lace. Taste is spicy, as in spices, not heat, with flavors of clove, faint banana, floral note in the finish. I don't know what a gooseberry is, but I'm not getting anything resembling a berry here, nor am I getting grape must. Tastes like a fairly straightforward no adjunct Belgian style ale. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel. Tasty.

Bottle, from Malt & Mold. Pours clear pale yellow with large foamy white head, faint acidic aroma, high carbonation, mildly earthy taste with faint fruity flavor,. thin body, abrupt finish. Felt quite light and watery.

On Tap at Bier:Thrity Clear deep golden pour from the can into the snifter. Thin brief sandy head. Some farmhouse yeast notes and a little wine from the grapes. Full bodied and kind of thick.

Light golden color, big foamy head. Nose is doughy, yeasty, restrained. Flavor more phenolic, hint of banana, light wheatiness and sugary sweetness. Soft palate, easy finish but for the lingering phenols and grainy sweetness.

Shared 12 oz. can. Pours a hazy straw hue with a soapy white head. Aroma of grape must, white wine, funk. Taste follows nose, with some Belgian spice and berry notes. Refreshing.

Uinta farmside saison. The head soon fades. Aroma is berry, white wine. Taste is tart with an underlying berry sweetness. Fresh. Good for drinking on a warm day. Okay. Still new to the style and having trouble rating these comparatively.

12 ounce can. Pours a clear golden yellow hue with a small bubbly white head. A big perfume peppery fruity nose. Really a lot of white wine elements here from the grapes, lemons, pepper, some grassy hops. Pretty interesting. Tastes like more than 5.6 but isn’t hot. Nice brew. Somehow I get cucumber.
