Sample at the source. Mostly clear medium gold color with a decent sized bubbly off white head that persists. Earthy citrus pine with bits of grass. Toasty bread to counter, pretty good.

Sampled from the tap at the brewhouse. Pours a clear gold with an amber hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has earthy citrus, a hint of guava and a bit of grass underlying. Flavor combines grass and sweet citrus rind and has a light grain backbone.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours not completely clear, very light amber or darker blondem good white head with decent resistancy. Smell is typical NY style IPA . Taste is full, sharp, bitter , grainy, could use a touch more aroma. Still, a very nice style example for an eastcoast IPA made in EU.
