Dorée, col blanc.
Arôme au nez fin fleuri, herbacé et finement épicé avec un fruité léger tropical restant dans une approche classique - rétro modéré de grains qui gardent tout de même la main sur le bouquet.

Palais est sec, grains, finement épicé avec coriandre qui vient rappeler le côté blanche belge dans cette version qui se veut être un hybride saison/blanche - herbacé, petite touche fraîche de menthe.
Le tout est plus ou moins rustique avec des houblons qui semblent être un peu retombés.

Can. Quite light hazygolden, white head. Aroma: Wheat malt, yeast, coriander. Taste: Sweetish malt, wheat, yeasty, quite herbal, notes of coriander. Bitter orange peel. Light hints of banana and stone fruit. Quite smooth and dense mouthfeel. Moderate sweet and moderate bitterness, going to over moderate at finish. Nice 'white Saison' (according to the label)

Bottle. Golden color. Pours a big head. Coreander and citrus in the aroma. Thin, sharp citric flavor with coreander and apple. Grassy notes. Herbal. Dry. Slightly fizzy. Tasty.

33 cl bottle @ home. Due to overcarbonation poured i na Duvel glass. Golden to amber color, quite clear. Huge white head like whipped cream, slowly receding, sticking heavily to the glass. Aroma’s: caramel malts, light sweet fruit. Retronasal also some hops, citrus. Flavor is light bitter, wheaty. Light bodied, not too thin. Rather high carbo, as was to be expected. Finish is slightly herbal, light bitter. Bit weird, but not too bad.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Butchers Tears Animal Space ].Clear medium yellow color with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity, wheat, moderate hoppy, flowers, herbs, moderate yeasty - wheat. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, flowers, wheat, herbs, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively - fizzy. [20150116]
