A Brett-finished version of our Devotion Ale. Saint’s Devotion is bottle conditioned with brettanomyces to deepen the layers of flavor on our most hop-forward beer from Lost Abbey lineup. Mildly sweet beginning with a slight citrus bitterness. The Brett lends some earthiness with tones of cellar mushrooms and fruit.

Bottle at home. Aroma is fruity, apricot, barnyard funk, tart fruits, hops, bready malt, spicy yeast. Flavour is light sweet and bitter with a dry finish. Body is medium. Ridiculously smooth and balanced, typical Lost Abbey quality, great Saison-ish Belgian Ale.

Bretta grapefruit and some peel, pepper. Nice balance and well done beer overall. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Bitter ass finish. Some hay, light bark and lemon. Tap at Sovereign.

Gold with a frothy white head that lingers. Herbal aroma, mostly thyme. Grassy and dusty undertones. Taste is bitter and peppery. Subtle sweet and sour twist near the end, but for the most part stays bitter and dry. The body is fairly robust for a beer of the style and abv, and has a nice creamy feel. Good.

(Bottle) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of grapefruit, lemon, tropical fruit, passion-fruit, hay, a touch of earth and some stable and barnyard. Malty, fruity taste with grapefruit, passion-fruit, orange, lemon, spicy yeast, hay, a touch of pine needles and a finish with a mild citric bitterness. Below medium body, mainly dry, but a touch of sweetness on the palate. Really tasty and well made Belgian blonde, with a gentle saison character. Very nice.
