This new 3.9% alcohol by volume summer slammer is a brewed with a boat-load of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops from Perrault Farms.
This dry and hoppy copper ale is packed full of some of our favorite Northwestern Hops from Perrault Farms (over 2 lbs. per barrel!), and copper-died with some dark crystal malts to make this tropical, earthy, and stoooopdly flammable ale.

On tap at the Pelt Trader, Cannon Street. A light amber pour with a ring of white head; fresh lemon citrus aroma; lively in the mouth and full of flavour with some zingy citrus and a touch of sherbet; and a dry biscuity finish.

Keg at the Euston tap. A very clear mid orange coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is nice, fruit salad, pear, peach, apricot light malts. Flavour is composed of light grains, little biscuit, tangerine, grape, pear. Chalky. Palate is light, Refreshing, little hop,

Bottle. A hazy, golden-orange colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head leaving some lacing. The aroma is very fruity at first, citrus and generic tropical fruityness, but then too much malt kicks in, almost mash-like. Some peppery and grassy notes in the back. It's medium bodied and soft on the palate, semi-dry, with enough bitterness to easily deal with the residual sweetness. Pine cones, citrus zest, some orange and grass, hints of peach and pineapple and some bready malts and caramel in the flavor. Lasting hop-driven finish with bready malts in the back. Too much on the malty side this one, but it's a refreshing and tasteful beer anyway. 180316

Lys brun klar med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter sitrus og karamellfudge. Lett. Søtlig, maltig smak, noe sitrus og kort, lett bitter avslutning.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with small spongy off-white head, faint malt aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter malty taste, thin body, medium finish. Easy to drink, but the 'boat-load of hops' haven't seem to leave any flavor.

Orange colur, small white head. Piney, bready aroma. Light-bodied, Resiny, piney, a bit sweetness in the finish. Very good IPA for this ABV. Nice if you need low alc IPA.
