Handcrafted at the tiny All Saints Brewery set in a time warp in Stamford using the old manually operated brewing equipment. Finest organically grown barley and wheat are used to create a complex ale which, having undergone primary and secondary fermentation with different yeasts and extended maturation, is taken to Samuel Smith’s small, independent British brewery at Tadcaster. There it is blended with pure organic cherry, strawberry, raspberry or apricot fruit juices and more organic beer to create fruit beers of considerable strength and flavour. The smooth distinctive character of the matured beer serves as the perfect counterpoint to the pure organic fruit juice.

Appearance is ruby red, with a 2-3 finger full light pink head. Aroma is lots of raspberry, berry fruit, hedgerow hops, more fruit. Taste is lots of raspberry, strawberry hints, fruit crumble, some apple. Tasty and full-bodied. Some hop bitterness at the end.

(Bottle) Pours clear red with tiny pale pink head. Lovely aroma of raspberry jam. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation. Lovely taste which is full on raspberry. A great balance of tart raspberry and caramel sweetness. Very enjoyable.

355ml bottle from Cannon Hall Farm Shop - Deep ruby body, off pink head. Nose is loads of raspberry jam, taste is tart and fruity. Not bad at hall.

Rød klar med lyserosa skum. Lukter bringebærsyltetøy og mandelkjerne. Lett. Smaker søt husholdningssaft med mandelessens. Noe sur på slutten.
