Telekinesis is a hoppy, tart, and smashable American wild ale fermented with a mixed culture of yeast and spontaneous microbes. Mosaic, Citra, and Falconer’s Flight hops contribute peachy, tropical hop character. Lightly toasted white oak spirals lend subtle tannin structure, while our no-boil process leaves a puckering hint of raw sourdough.

Bottle @ Aussie bottle share via trade. Slightly hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Aroma has some peach, tropical fruit, vanilla, and barnyard funk. A touch acidic in the mouth. Flavor has more tropical fruit and some candy/bubblegum notes. Pretty good.

Bottle shared on the NJ Transit to kick off Sour Hour (Day). Pours clearish gold with a big, frothy head. A little piney in the nose, with notes of tangerine and lemon zest. Moderate sweet, with touches of wheat bread, light lemony sour bite. Lightly woody, grassy, with more citrus and melon. Light to medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Good balance in the finish, with more rindy citrus, low acidity, more melon and some peach, too. Nice one.

Tap at Harry’s Hofbrau in San Jose. Slightly tart with no real hop presence. Falconer is a favorite of mine so I would really excited for this one. Hazy yellow with well retained head.

On tap at Beer Revolution. It pours a pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma is grassy with some nice pineapple and lemon notes. Clean and mouthwatering. The flavor is the same. Nice notes of lemon and pineapple, background notes of light grass. The mouthfeel is where this goes to champ level with a nice silkiness and no astringency or harsh acid. I really enjoyed this one a lot.
