Handcrafted at the tiny All Saints Brewery set in a time warp in Stamford using the old manually operated brewing equipment. Finest organically grown barley and wheat are used to create a complex ale which, having undergone primary and secondary fermentation with different yeasts and extended maturation, is taken to Samuel Smith’s small, independent British brewery at Tadcaster. There it is blended with pure organic cherry, strawberry, raspberry or apricot fruit juices and more organic beer to create fruit beers of considerable strength and flavour. The smooth distinctive character of the matured beer serves as the perfect counterpoint to the pure organic fruit juice.

*Old rating. Nice sweetish raspberries in the beginning. It is fresh, like raspberry sirup, sweetish-round. Very nice, a bit sweetish, round and not too artificial. Nice.

11.03.2016, 0,35l bottle @ home:
Small slightly bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly artificial sweet fruity, raspberry candy, raspberry syrup, sugar, soda powder. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, raspberry candy, soda powder, raspberry syrup, grass, minerals, weeds. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish and watery mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle. Clear dark red color, pink head. Aroma of tart raspberry. Taste starts with sweet and syrupy berries, then light tartness at the finish. OK.

Pink pour with a lightly pink head. Light raspberry jam aroma. Rather sweet with very subtle tartness. Big raspberry flavor at the start with a lightly tart finish and a fruity, jammy finish.

355 ml bottle from Ammersin Centerstore.
Copper, moderate hazy body, with a big, creamy, moderately lacing, slightly pink head.
Aroma of raspberries, cherries, sugar, sweet malts, some sweet bread, subtle barnyard.
Tastes of sweet and sour raspberries, cherries, sugar, bread, sweet malts.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes moderate, sweet, a bit sour, fruity.

Good. Sweet but not too sweet, well balanced, also with some sour notes. Not very complex, but with nice, distinctive raspberry notes. Overall a good fruit beer, alhtough I’ve had much better ones.

Pour is a clear bright red with a huge pink head. Aroma is a nice fresh blast of raspberry. Flavor is a sweet raspberry, kind of like drinking some liquefied raspberry jam. Finish is a big tart but also sweet at the same time. This was decent, a bit sweet but still decent.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Thompson. Hazy reddish color, average sized off-white to pinkish head. Smell and taste are both quite sweet, sweet candy, a bit artificial actually. Nah, too sweet for me. And a bit artificial imo, or at least I get that association. Not a fan.
