Back again in stock! After two years we thought is was needed to brew our crisp and refreshing Rauch-lager wiedermahl!! (again!)
Smoking pils is a 5,5% clean and refreshing lager with a subtle hint of smokey malts to it.

Can at home, courtesy of markoijelena. Pours semi clear yellowish golden with a quickly dissipating white head. Nose is sweetish hay and light honey with hints of smoke. Taste is somewhat on the sweeter side but it's not overwhelming so there's some bitterness to to losen things up. It's mainly hay, honey and smoke again with herbal touches here and there.Closes with a pleasantly sweet and smoky finish that lasts relatively long, it has a light body and soft carbonation. It perhaps could be more crips and the smoke a bit more apparant, but otherwise it's a decent beer. Thanks a lot for sharing, Marko!

Canned@Bishops Arms Renmarkstorget, Umeå. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is some smoke, quite vegetably elements along with some herbal tones. Flavour is very similar to the elements of the aroma. Not very interesting TBH.

hazy orange colour, medium sized, dense off-white head; aroma of moderate smoked, grainy-bready, slight honey and (smoked-)cheese notes; taste is similar to the aroma with fruity notes (like apple or pear); not bad, though not a masterpiece either
