Bottle shared with Erwin Van Moll @ Brewpub Van Moll. Opaque black color, small beige to light brown head. Aroma is malts, roasted malts, lightly coffee, loads of liquorice, slightly alcohol. Taste malts, roasted malts, again a lot of liquorice, nicely bitter. Oily velvety almost soft and round texture, medium body, soft carbonation. Very dangerous, doesn’t taste like 14% at all. Alcohol either incredibly well hidden, or they’re fooling us all and it’s actually just a low ABV beer. Well done.

Bottle @ Barely Legal Tasting Room . Pours black, good, yet fast fading grey head . Smell is bit sweet, thick, dark malts . Oaty . Taste is smokey, very much dark malts . Some chocolaty aspect . Roasted , Ashy . Light mouthfeel ( very light for the 14 ABV ) . Carbonation is low ( as it should be ) . I am glad even some ’haters’ now rate this one good, but most of the other ones simply are better to me ... Still nice though !

Bottle from De Hopduvel. Black colour, white foam. Medium carbonation. Aroma of roasted malts with notes of chocolate, and coffee. There is also some fruitiness (plums, dried fruit) and caramel. Easy drinkable, the alcohol is very well hidden. This is not bad!
