Pours a slight clouded gold. Bitter grass, biscuits. Pretty good pilsner in general.

On tap at Red Hook Tavern. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has grains and straw with a bit of hay and just a hint of grass coming through. Flavor is a good amount of straw and slightly sweet grains with grass and hay underlying.

16oz can pours a clear, watery gold with some frothy white head that faded. Nose has yeast, straw, corn. Flavor is the same, a little vegetal. A touch trashy, honestly. Finishes watery and yet industrial at the same time. This isn't good.

A golden pils with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with Saaz hops, light mineral notes, light chalk, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice classic pils with Saaz hops, light chalky notes, nice and classic. On tap at brewery.

Draft. Clear golden body with a frothy white head. Aroma of toasted grain, bread, floral hops, grass. Flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, syrupy texture, moderate carbonation. Too sweet and the texture is far from crisp.

Pours clear gold into a stein. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Bread and hay aromas. Soft with sourdough and pez upfront turning to hay before the medium length sourdough finish.
