On tap at Red Hook Tavern. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has grains and straw with a bit of hay and just a hint of grass coming through. Flavor is a good amount of straw and slightly sweet grains with grass and hay underlying.

16oz can pours a clear, watery gold with some frothy white head that faded. Nose has yeast, straw, corn. Flavor is the same, a little vegetal. A touch trashy, honestly. Finishes watery and yet industrial at the same time. This isn't good.

A golden pils with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with Saaz hops, light mineral notes, light chalk, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice classic pils with Saaz hops, light chalky notes, nice and classic. On tap at brewery.

Pours clear gold into a stein. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Bread and hay aromas. Soft with sourdough and pez upfront turning to hay before the medium length sourdough finish.
