Inspired by the crisp, clean Pilsners of the Old World, Bobcat was designed as a light-bodied lager with a subtle bitterness and an uncanny ability to pair with a wide variety of food. Golden and refreshing, Bobcat utilizes noble german hop varieties to create an easy-going and highly drinkable Pilsner. (aka Bobcat Blonde Lager)

Draft at brewpub. Light clear yellow. Watery looking. Some bread and herbs on nose and taste but thin on both. Overall weak

12 oz bottle from Halftime. Skunked or just not that great? Pale golden pour, one finger head. Papery aroma. Taste follows with some somewhat oxidized notes, sharp, tangy, more wet paper. Lemons.

Bottle: Starts crystal-clear, then hazes up at the end of the pour.....finely bubbled, pale yellow-gold with a puffy white head. Scent is buttery barley, corn. Taste is creamy, sweet lightly lactic corn malt, barley malt. Body is sticky/tacky/milky..... Not a bad flavour....But it's certainly not my idea of a classic Pils.

Bottle. Sour milk, corn, barley malt, and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet lemon, barley malt, mild sour lactic acid, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Decent - more like a Helles though.

Draught @ the source. Clear pale yellow with very small frothy white head, faint honey aroma, high carbonation, malty taste with faint honey flavor, thin body, abrupt finish with honey aftertaste. Decent.
