Brewed with a hefty amount of oats and wheat and just a hint of honey malt, a touch of cinnamon and some milk sugar with Cascade in the kettle, conditioned with Key Lime juice and Madagascar Vanilla before getting dry hopped with Wakatu and Cascade bringing this pie in a glass to life. Bursting with notes of fresh zested lime, citrus and pillowy marshmallow. Spring is right around the corner!

16 ounce can. Canned on 3/20/18. Interesting lime and cream aroma. Cloudy mustard gold color. Small creamy beige head. Tangy citrus flavor has notes of lime and kiwi fruit. Creamy mouthfeel. With a bit of imagination, you can conjure up some resemblance to Key Lime pie, though it lacks the sweet and sour components that the pie has. Interesting if nothing else.

Draught. Hazy pale yellow with small frothy white head, very faint citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter lime taste, thin body, medium bitter finish. Decent session IPA.

Draft at Barcade. Lime and fruity hops come through on the aroma and flavor. Vanilla shows up mid-palate, mostly in the flavor, as sweetness to balance the hop bitterness really nicely. Finishes with a rind style bitterness and a bit of lime tartness. The mix here works rather well, and the balance in the flavor is sublime. Great stuff.
