Keg at the brewery. London Bimble. It pours cloudy deep golden-orange with a medium white head. The nose is fresh, mango, nectarine, grapefruit, dough and some soap. The taste is toasty, pine, bready, resin, grapefruit, earthy spice and a good deal of bitterness with a dry, peppery finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Rather nice.

On tap at Brew by Numbers, Bermondsey, Saturday 26th April 2014 on the London Hicksters Crawl. Pours warm orange with filmy head. Some sweet citrus coming through perhaps a little juicy mandarin or satusma. Not particularly complex, a very pleasant drop, dry in the finish. Its a decent and very tasty golden ale. Bottle at home in London - picked up yesterday at the brewery. The beer pours rich, hazy gold with a large, frothy white head. Lovely aroma with lots of juicy orange and tangerine, underscored by bready pale malts. Light-medium sweet flavor with a nicely rounded, bready pale malt backbone, nicely dynamic citrusy hop character, just hints of tangy tangerine, mild bitter orange rind, pine and sun-kissed hay. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes juicy, full and rounded, with continuing pale, lightly doughy bread and ripening citrus fruits, along with a slight mineral edge that cleans things up well. This is a very smooth beer and the elements all come together impressively well. Very drinkable.
