22 oz bottle. Pours an almost clear pale golden with a white head. Yeasty aroma with some herbs, touch of citrus peel. Yeasty bubble gum flavor, herbal, a bit biscuity. Just a decent saison.

Bottle. Clear golden, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of bread, yeast, vinous notes, herbal and floral notes. The taste is bready malt, spice, citrus, vinous notes, yeast, floral notes. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

22oz bottle into a Corsendonk badged tulip (twice) on 8th Feb 2017, while on holiday in California. Slight haze to the second pour, golden amber body, white head that soon dispersed to nothing. Nice yeasty base, some farmyard like esters alongside the orange/citrusy aromas. Taste follows the same lines as the nose: decent without getting ’carried away’.

Bomber Bottle from Trader Joe’s, Charlottesville. Pours clear pale golden with a large white head. Aroma of grass, grains, light yeast. Flavor is very yeasty, followed by grain, cardboard, light lemon.

Pours gold into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Pine and rose aromas. Dry with sweet yeast and rose upfront turning to dry pine and lemon peel in the lasting finish.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a fizzy off-white head, diminishing. Aroma of spice, clove, banana, orange, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Taste of clove, banana, aspirin aftertaste. Finishes sweet with lots of banana and thick/sticky in the finish. Lacking Belgian yeast mustiness.

Bomber from the Davis, CA Trader Joe’s. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma of orange zest, but not in a nose wrecking amount. Near med body. Flavor is some zest, some earthiness, and some nice mixed fruits. Finish is more earthy than bitter. Very drinkable.

At a trader joe’s: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is some hay, grass, light citrus. Taste is a bit grasy and hawlike. Citrus there is small quantities. Easy to drink. Not bad.
