This Triple is a performance, powerful and rich at once, without ever falling into excess. This is a beer that spreads its complexity, without falling into heaviness. The color is golden yellow, bright. The nose has touches of honey, candied apricot . The palate is complex, silky, intense, long, fruity with touches of almonds and dried white fruit. The alcohol content is never overpowering and the end is marked by a touch of bitterness that prolongs the pleasure again and again ...

opalescent golden colour, huge, quite stable white head;aroma of honey, earthy-yeast notes, some caramel, lemongrass, maybe coriander and hints of apple; taste of a typical belgian ale with significant spiciness, honey, some notes of Turkish delight with rosewater and hints of citruses; nothing reallly special, but still a good and very enjoyable belgian ale (I donβt think so that it is a tripel)

A dark yellow beer with a clouding, big and blond head. The nose has fruits, some honey, hint of spices, typical. Taste has fruits, sweetness of honey, some spices. Medium bodied, strong carbonation but smoothly. Easy, simple and straightforward, mild as tripel, good anyway.

Original abbey tripel and the mother beer of Corsendonck Agnus, though the recipes have grown apart a bit since then. Also tasted as Deugniet on several occasions. Ordinary tripel with golden blonde robe under a loosely structured, snow white, bit creamy head. Fruity estery aroma (orange, grapefruit, unripe pear and plum), malty, hoppy touches, and some DMS (cooked cabbage), light sweetish and estery taste, yeasty, more dryish in the finish, grassy hops, some βjeneverβ-ish warming alcohol. Mediocre at best.

Helder geel bier met schuim. Smaak is verrasend complex, kruidig licht bitter en licht zoet. Sporen van fruit, banaan en koriander. Blijft lang hangen. Rating betreft de Deugniet versie die een ander etiket heeft.
