This rich and sophisticated golden tripel has earned several international titles thanks to its refined taste marked by notes of grains, fruit and spice, supported by a slight bitterness.
It is a tribute to Quebec, the land encountered by 16th-century French explorers who thought they’d reached the end of the world.

A big active white head on an orange/straw body. The nose leads with citrus and bready malt, with a hint of grapes and nose tingling effervescence. A well blended, well crafted Tripel. Banana esters, lemon, orange, cloves and candied fruit are well blended lead elements. Green apples, grapes, a touch of honey, and bready sweet malt round out a beautiful blend. Fine and explosive effervescence adds to the taste experience, as with great Belgian beers.

Bottled. Poured yellow mild head and some lacing. Spiced and fruity, a very nicely balanced tripel in the end.

(Can) Pours cloudy amber with tiny white head. Aroma of clove and banana. Medium bodied, smooth, slight stickiness and modest fine bright carbonation giving good mouthfeel. Good taste. There’s a backbone of caramel malt sweetness. There’s some nice hoppy bitterness. There’s cloves and peppery spice and banana. There’s notes of chocolate and citrus. Very enjoyable.

Been checking lately, and it seems there is a million of my go to beers that I've never rated. How can that be? La Fin is one. Mild sweet malt, lots of esters, some banana.a little clove. Tasty.
