Fairly clear copper and light amber coloured body with a touch of a golden glow and a nice, three centimetre tall off-white head on top. Aroma of pungent grassy, herbal and grapefruity hops with a lot of malt noticeable, some subdued grain and yeast on the finish. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and very herbal hop notes are evident with a lot of grainy malt as a backbone, but some fruits are noticeable and lead some subdued sweetness throughout with a touch of dryness and effervescence from the yeast on the tail end. Aftertaste is clean, but fairly bitter with the hops hitting first and foremost, but also a light sweetness noticeable, some hay dryness and a touch of those fruits as well. Overall, a pretty nice 'traditional' IPA with a great balance of malt and hops, but the tertiary flavours such as the fruit and hay make this a bit more complex than most. I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased earlier in the day from Nom (near NYU) in New York, New York for US$3,50 sampled a few minutes later on the streets in New York, New York on 08-June-2019.

Canned 6/14, drunk 9/15/18.
Chill haze, brassy-peach. Dense, white head showing moderate retention.
Ripe canned pineapple in the nose leads to big, malty, booze-accentuated peach-papaya-honey with pine twang/resin on the end.
In the mouth it shows cereal, honey and thick, sweet, pineapple-mango with pine overshadowing everything in a resinous way. Alcohol on the finish. Moderate carbonation and could use more attenuation. Definitely less booze. Not sure why Dorchester Brewing has so much alcohol apparent in all of their beers.

Can pour into shaker pint glass from Andover Liquors. Appearance is hazy light yellow with greenish tinge, no sparkle, finger-width white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong grapefruit, mild citrus and hints of musk. Taste is stronger musk/herb than aroma, milder grapefruit than aroma, not a huge amount of citrus/tropical fruit. Palate is light-to-medium bodied, smooth texture with late fruit and pleasantly bitter finish. Overall, decent complexity and different balance between aroma and taste.

32oz growler from Superstar Huntington, pours a hazy orange with some sticky, rocky, white head. Nose has lemons, tangerines, grapefruit, some grapefruit soda, a little candy. Flavor is sweeter than the nose lets on, some lemon-lime soda, grapefruit juice, some perfume, some sun tea, flower petals. Finishes, sweet, bitter and a touch tannic. Good, not great.

Draft at Cooper's, Chelsea. Unclear yellowish pour with a thin white head and light lace. Citrus and floral, a bit of candied sugar. Medium sweet, light-medium bitter. Definite fruity candy thing going on here. Solid stuff.

Draught @Albion. Faintly hazy bright yellow with large beige creamy head, lemon peel arima, low carbonation, smooth body, lightly bitter citrus peel taste, long citrisy finish. Very smooth and citrusy, and not too bitter.
