Smaak blijft lekker hangen.

375ml bottle thanks to toby. Pours out a burnt orange color topped with a sand ring of a head. Nose is great wood barrels pit fruit belg candy notes. Taste is more of the nice oak barrel sweet malts pit fruit spice. Wow this has held up great.

Smooth mild malty, round. The woody port is there, mild malty. Not too much depth with light fresh dark fruity hints. Plums and wood. Great and deep woody brew.

Sampled from 0.375 l bottle. Clear, dark brownish amber with an off-white head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, raisins, vanilla and some oak. Moderately sweet, malty taste of caramel, honey, some raisins, vanilla and hints of oak, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather warming-alcoholic finish. Medium to full body, slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty, not great though.
