Bottle. A- Char, roasty, wood, cocoa, tobacco, soy sauce. A- Black color, black liquid, light brown head. T- Roasty, cocoa, char, mild bitterness, oak, soy sauce. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, dry finish. O- Hard to believe this is a sweet stout! Very dry and robust, really sets a fine example all around.

12oz bottle... black as motor oil with a brown head that drips into a dotted lacing on the glass. Dark baking chocolate on the sniff and palate. Its rich and smooth but not heavy, especially for a 2x. Silky with a bitter finish. Good stuff!

12 ounce bottle. Opaque black liquid topped by a large dense tan head. Subtle roasted malt nose hints at chocolate and dark coffee. Sweet roasted malt flavor has notes of bittersweet chocolate and robust espresso. An underlying bitterness throughout arises in finish with some resiny hops. Dry malt aftertaste. Reminiscent of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, only sweeter. skunky,

355ml bottle from the Beer Junction at Sofi’s. Bottlee on 2016-11-30. Pours an almost black with a tan head. Aroma is fruity and roasted malt. Taste is the same with some sweetness, sourness, high roasted malt and hoppy bitterness. Quite harsh and not very pleasant.
