Our single hop IPA is brewed and dry hopped with Mosaic hops. Clean and crisp with an incredible balance between juicy fruit flavors and hop bitterness.

Airy white head left a froth on a hazy pale lemon coloured still body. Huge aroma of hops, onion, citrus & garlic. Medium to thin bodied, ultra sharp, clean, dry & a piercing back. Bitter lemon, citrus, pith, grapefruit, pine, resin & grass tastes with very tangy finish.

Drank from the 16 oz. can at Brooklyn Bowl, Las Vegas, NV. One of the fruitiest IPA flavors I've had. Hoppy flavor but light bitterness for an IPA.

Sample during the "New England Beer & Food Tasting" on 07/14/2018. Hazy straw color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Stringy lace. Aroma of tropical fruit, grassy hop and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, tropical fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Crisp and ever so slightly hazy golden and copper coloured body with a two to three centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of grain, light citrus, a bunch of tropical fruits with hay, dry spices and a little resin noticeable along the edges. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong citrus and tropical fruit flavours at first with a dose of sugars right behind from some guava and mangoes along with a touch of noticeable malt flavours that show some biscuits and drier grain along with a little complex yeast flavour at the very tail end. Aftertaste shows more of the hop flavours with not much complexity or depth, but a nice showcase of the tropical fruits and lightly grassy hop elements coupled with a good balance of malts, some light sugars, yet still in an easy-to-drink format. Overall, a nice but not go-out-of-the-way-for can that shows a nice showing of the Mosaic hops, but leaves a touch more to be desired for (bitterness, malt body and light complexities) at the conclusion. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Bowery), New York on 23-February-2018 for US$3,99 sampled in my hotel room here in New York on 24-February-2018.
