Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo e di riso. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è medio e acquoso. L'amaro è moderato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta impressioni di miele, erbaceo e riso.

Enjoyed straight from the bottle. Aroma and taste: Pale malt, spicy hop, straw. Medium dery, light hop bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average plus carbonation. Summary: Nothing special but surprisingly fresh.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. From Marek. Pours almost clear pale orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, herb, straw, hint of gooseberry. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness and light tartness. Moderate body, oily, quite fizzy. Not keen.

ABV: 4.3%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity malt, herbs - straw. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, sugary, herbs - straw. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230114]

Bottle @ Haderslebener tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, little perfume, hops and has a sweet malty finish.
