This beer was inspired by the dark wheat beers or dunkelweisse of Germany. It is dark auburn with a huge off-white foam and emanates a sublime mix of tropical fruit aromas from the Nelson Sauvin dry hopping (mango and passion fruit) and clove and banana notes from the Bavarian yeast strain. The use of wheat malt to make up about half of the grist gives a slight acidity and bready feel. The finish is dry and reminiscent of dark, bitter chocolate.

Аромат отличный, пшеница, ощущаются фрукты, включая бананы, немного пряный, естественно хмелевой. Цвет очень классный, глубокий, не фильтрованный, эдакий янтарный грейпфрут, пена дико стойкая, кремовая. Вкус не такой сильный, тело среднее, ощущается пшеница,один из видов хмеляи ( скорее всего каскад ) легкие сухофрукты. При глотке сухость и терпкость, имеется хмелевая горчинка.

Bottle with cork 0,75ltr: Hazy brown coloured brew, with an marbelous flowery and fruity taste. This taste comes from the New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin. An good Scottish recipe from Picardy, France and brewed at the "Proef",Flanders.

Hazy brown with a frothy to creamy crown. Aroma of herbal schnapps and candied fruits. Taste is sweet underneath but dominated by an ending bitterness both quite sharp and alcoholic. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Interesting.

On keg at Indy Man, Manchester 2017. Pours murky dark amber with a frothy off white head. Nose of yeast & bread, lightly floral. Taste is medium sweet, light pine, straw, dried fruits. Medium bodied, soft carb, gentle sweetish finish

(Bottle) Brownish amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief foamy head. Malty, slightly hoppy nose with crisp-bread, toasty wheat, dried fruit, some chocolate and orange peel. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, crisp-bread, wheat flour, chocolate, ripe pears, toast, some ripe gooseberries and a balanced floral bitterness, More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Different, but interesting and tasty. Nice one.
