The clouds move, there is no time to waste. Stick your head out and be aware. The fog does not bother the giraffe, he enjoys it. Just like you should; enjoy the yeast. It is born that way. Give it a go, like the Germans!

Opalescent pale golden colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma and taste of, dried banana, bready and sourish-citric, as well as acetic notes; not bad

Cask, taster @ The Fiddler. Pale blonde, hazy. Citrus and some coreander in the aroma. Cereals, citrus, coreander and a hint of peach in the flavor. Too spicy to be a good thirst quencher.

Tap at The Fiddler. Hazy golden with small white head. Soft yeast, apple juice, light malts, dough, light funk, cardboard, light veggies, matches, swamp, more bread, soft orange and banana. Medium sweet and just medium bitter with light sourness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Like a bad weizen mixed with a bad young lambic.

Sampled draft @ The Fiddler. Pre-pre-Borefts. Clear sparkling golden, big bubble solid head. Nose is very soapy, sugar, overly soapy, poor sugar, thin, fizzy. Taste is nasty soap, chemicals, apple, sugar, really bad, fizzy, chemical paper, garbage, watery,… Thin awful paper wheat, watery, thin & fizzy. Quite rubbish just like their other beers.

Cask. Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch phenolisch fruchtig, hefig, reife Banane. Geschmack phenolisch fruchtig hefig und bananig, langweilig!

Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, moderately yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of caramel, honey, clove and some banana. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and a little fruity taste of caramel, honey, vanilla, clove and banana, followed by a short, slightly bitter, rather yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not really a Hefeweizen to be honest.

Draft at the Brewpub. Poured a cloudy light amber with a glass hugging white head. The aroma is a little sour and not like a Weizen at all. The flavour is a little bitter, watery with little on the palate. Not a favourite.
