For me, it was a perfect imperial ipa, the first positif sign is that the alcool is not that strong, well integrated, smooth, rich malt, touch of plum/apricot, classical hop at the final, well brewed for the style that it is not all the time like that, 17.04.20, at Epalinges.

Great mix of a strong golden belgian, and a belgian IPA. Lots of yeasty fruitiness that goes great with some sharp spicy hops. Reminds me alot of the chouffe ipa. THis one seems a little hoppier though, either way, an outstanding beer, and i enjoyed it alot!

Pours a slightly hazy orange with a big white head. Aroma of fruits, spices, floral hops, yeast. A bit boozy, with a bitter aftertaste.

Аромат хороший, богатое разнообразие европейского хмеля сразу ощущается. Немного веток, травы, намеки на карамель и специи с фруктами типа яблок, горечь тоже на месте умеренная. Цвет желтый, пена средняя немного мыльная. Вкус тоже хороший и сбалансированный. Много травянистости, немного намеки на груши и персики, специи. При глотке горчинка, но не сильная. Послевкусие плавное хотя и не такое сильное по плотности. Но в целом очень неплохой бледный эль в Бельгийском стиле.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy golden coloured brew with an promising hoppy bitter taste but turns to some sticky not so liking beer, but its not that bad.

Bottle at Cambrinus, 31st May 22. Pours a deep clear caramel. Aroma is esters, honey, light caramel. Taste is honey and caramel, bittersweet, sugar, yeast and citrus. Packs a punch

Clear golden, huge, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of pear, apple peel, white pepper, banana, clove, coriander, soap. Taste has sweet apple, banana & pear; spicy middle of grass, phenols & bready maltiness. Grassy hoppy finish, bit floral, spicy, ripe fruits lingering as well as jenever-like alcohol. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. I remember that, as a teenager, my dad used to drink this regularly at the same Cambrinus restaurant, and my inexperienced taste buds found this extremely bitter. Now a proper sample betrays its deeply Belgian profile but the hops present do provide a welcome bitterness.
