Pours hazy golden, a bit chunky, topped with a medium sized, creamy white head, quite lasting. A bit fruity nose with more biscuity notes, a bit grassy later on. Yeasty start, with sharp herbal bitterness. Very sparkly texture, peppery finish and lasting aftertaste. Lighter body.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine persistente, color ambrato/giallo velato, al naso malto lieviti frutta matura banana, in bocca malto frutta a polpa gialla spezie, corpo rotondo, nonostante i 9.5% l'alcool è ben bilanciato, carbonazione moderata, attacco dolce che svanisce subito con un amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Sono un amante dello stile belga e questa è particolare ma molto buona 06.04.18

From 33cl bottle. Pours slightly pale gold with white foam. Aroma is bready and citrus, probably a little spiced. Body is kinda dense. Taste is bitter, though with a clear underlying sweetness (honey). Finish is relatively long.

F: huge, almost white, extremely stable. C: golden, hazy. A: malt, lemon grass, lemon, yeast, floral. T: malt, floral, esters, banana, fruity, good balanced mild hoppy bitterness, hint of caramel, green pepper, yeast, almost to IPA style, very good and enjoyed beer, 0,33l bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck.

Hazy pale straw coloured with a thin white head of foam. Only moderate hoppy, more yeasty, with sweet malt flavour. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
