Keg at BDSB - London. Pours hazy yellow with a slender, white cream head. Funky and musty aroma, some rindy lemon, hints of farm, damp hay. Light sweet flavor, quite dry, with nips of wheat, lemon peel, wood, brett, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry and musty on the finish with restrained funk, faint lemony tartness, dried wheat, ponies, peach, citrus rind. Very nice overall.

Keg at BD CJ. It pours hazy gold with a decent white head. The nose is juicy, earthy, funky, grape must, floral and salted lemons. The taste is crisp, some bitterness, fresh lemon, zesty action, minerals, funk, earth and a hint of soap with a short, dry finish. Light body and soft carbonation. Crushable funky session gear.

Sampled @ Borefts 2015 day 2. Hazy pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste lightly tart, yellow fruits, a hint of green twigs. Something weird in it I canโ€™t put my finger on. Average body and carbonation.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Borefts 2015. Day 2. Citrus, hazy, little head. Nose is odd but interesting, sour, white grapes rustic zest, lemon, citrus, plastic. Taste is odd akin to sour citrus plastic, herbal, lemonade, brett, fruit,โ€ฆ Fizzy & plastic body. Interesting, odd but not entirely successful for me but an interesting experiment. It seems like this is a low ABV wild fermented beer without hops.
