Bottle brought by Daniel, thanks! Lightly hazy amber gold, moderate lacy head. Malty, bready nose like a freshly baked loaf of sweet punching bread. Sweet but not syrupy on the tongue, tasty and failure free but not super complex. Pretty one dimensional in that regard. Moderate earthy hops that blend in. Pretty good.

Medium white head.Dark gold colour.
Brown sugar. Yeast. Orange zest.

It is not my best tripel but it is acceptable. The taste is too sweet with malt, candy sugar, apricot, fruity, the hop is discreet. 27.11.2017, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it at the tigros or coop at Domodossola.

Pours a hazy dark golden colour with a good white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, some citrus, spices (such as coriander), slightly floral. This is an okay tripel but it’s no Karmeliet.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Tuulensuu, 20241230) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had honey, grass, marmalade, spicy yeast and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, honey, fruitiness, malts, grain and bitterness. Aftertaste had fruitiness, spiciness and bitterness. A tasty and balanced brew. The sweetness was a little bit too strong.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Orange coloured brew with an quite but balanced sweet taste and fine hints of spices. An adequate tripel from this colossal brewgroup.

Leicht eingetrübt goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, würziger Geruch mit Karamell. Geschmacklich malzig, würzig mit Citrus und Karamell. Mittlere Säure mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer bis voller Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
