0.33 l bottle from 'Etre Gourmet', best before December 2025. Hazy, golden amber with a large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy aroma of honey, clove, grains and light banana. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy taste of honey, grains, vanilla, banana, almond and some clove, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, a little boozy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Sweet and boozy Tripel, quite saturating but also a bit sticky. Not overly refined but nevertheless pleasant enough.

Kicsi, tartós hab, félbarnába hajló narancsos szín. Enyhe, virágos, fűszeres illat. Malátás, fűszeres íz. Száraz, közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, csak jelzés értékűen keserű. A magas alkohol ellenére nagyon könnyen iható, nem tolakodó tripel.

Deep aroma of malts, bready grains, ripe fruits such as orange and banana, rye, more rye, yeast, some spices. Flavour is yeasty, ripe fruits, rye, sweetish, with a little bitterness in the aftertaste. Quite full-bodied. Interesting brew.

"De Dochter van de Korenaar Finesse", Fläschchen im Tausch von Jef - bedankt!, 11.2.2025. - Kupfergoldbraun, trüb. - In der Nase sattes, vielschichtiges getreidiges Malz, feine Anklänge an säuerliches Roggenbrot, Hefe, Pfirsichkerne, massive aber gedämpfte zitrusfruchtige Hopfung, Altersnoten. - Antrunk intensiv und komplex getreidig-karamelmalzig mit hintergründiger Süße, konterkariert durch wuchtige, verhalten zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe (Pampelmuse). Milder rezent, sehr vollmundig. Im Abgang massive aber durch schwere Malzigkeit ausgebremste trocken zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Endlich mal ein Tripel nach meinem Geschmack: nicht bloß fett malzig und süß sondern kernig (aber nicht schrill) gehopft, dadurch vielschichtig und komplex. Große Klasse!

Bottle, 8.5%. Fresh bread and yeast aroma. Cloudy dark golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour starts off peppery and yeasty. Turns rather sweet, and then rather bitter. Yeasty aftertaste.
