Onze brouwmeester Peter Rouwen heeft tijdens zijn studie brouwtechnologie in Gent, onder andere stage gelopen bij Fer Kok van Brouwerij De Prael in Amsterdam. Mede door deze stage is er een levenslange vriendschap ontstaan en daarom kon het ook niet anders dat het eerste bier wat zou worden gebrouwen bij Brouwerij Noordt een collaboration brew moest worden met de Prael. De India Pale American Lager is een doordrinkbaar strak bier met de juiste balans en een fris bittere afdronk. Naast het frisse karakter proef je de subtiele moutigheid die het bier een mooie body geeft. Voor je het weet heb je hem al weer op! Mout: Pale Ale Mout, Special-B Mout, Crystal Mout Hop: Chinook, Saaz, Simcoe en Mandarina Bavaria

Bottle from het Biermoment, large sample. Almost clear amber color, big rocky head. Aroma has caramel and toffee, slight pine, citrus and orange. Soft bitterness in taste, bit fruity, sweet caramel and toffee. Decent beer. Feels a bit like a bottled ESB.

33cl bottle from ABCbeers shared with Kermis. Thin creamy off white head. Slightly hazy amber pour. Nice hoppy aftertaste. Easy drinking.

Bottle shared from ABC Beers. Pours clear orange brown with a small off white head. Aroma of fruity hops, citrus, light weeds and caramel. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Light to medium bodied with orange peel coming out in the palate and very soft carbonation.
