Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of Brett notes with some vinous notes and light oak notes is pretty awesome. Taste is a nice mix of vinous notes with some oak and tart notes with some dry Brett notes and light funky barnyard notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Very solid beer with great level of complexity and good level of drinkability with well-balanced acidity level.

Bottle, 75cl, at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. An unclear, amber colored beer with a small, beige head. Funky nose with some caramel, hay, berries and wood. Full body and a nice carbonation level. Tart, with tannins, woody notes, a light caramel maltyness, hay and a funky touch. Berries too, more than red wine actually. Lasting finish with the red wine a tad more present than initially and in the nose. Quite pleasant this one. 150611

750mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a cloudy dark amber orange with a small white head. Nose brings out notes of oak, light funk, and a light stone fruitiness. Flavour is fairly complex, with loads of oak upfront, followed by light tartness and a light wild bretty character. Not near the level of the first couple Assemblages, but it's well-constructed and drinkable. Very nice.
