At Borefts. Hazy deep orangey pink beer, like a rosé wine, supporting a pinkish head. Aroma does have dried blueberries along with unripe peach, lemon peel, hay and yoghurt, but something stale urine-like as well; fruity and tart (but not acidic) flavour, blackcurrant comes through and so does the blueberry but difficult to distinguish from one another, something wheaty underneath, drying tart fruity and mildly hopped finish. I like the idea, but something went wrong with the execution of it, this will be a wonderful fruit beer if they can get rid of that ureum off flavour.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Borefts 2015. Day 1. Tried this one twice, I think, notes from the first time. Deep red colour, solid pink head. Nose is weird, artificial fruit, thin, almost chlorine, the fruit is similar to a bad soda. Taste is sparkling bad blueberry & blackcurrant / Cassis lemonade, bit like Cassis Fanta but worse, weird, cheap, artificial like,… Very fizzy. Not a fan, no idea what happened here. Odd use of yeast, fermented fruit,….? No idea but I am not a fan.

Tap at Borefts. Hazy dark pink with light pink head. Lactic, sour red berries, hay, lots of spices, some flowers. Very milky wheat character. Medium sweet and light sour and bitter. Medium bodied with creamy feel.
